TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 Initial Payment upon completion of the Reservation Form, the customer must pay the specified deposit or, where the Reservation Form is completed within 60 days of start of the tour, the full amount. The reservation is not accepted until the date shown on the confirmation invoice issued on behalf of Jean Moss Tours Ltd. If the reservation is not accepted the deposit, or full amount, will be refunded.

2 Final payment on receipt of the final invoice the customer is required to make payment of the full amount due no later than 60 days before start of the tour. In the event of a subsequent alteration or cancellation by the customer of an accepted reservation then paragraphs 3c and 3d of these conditions will apply.

3 Cancellation/Alteration (a) Jean Moss Tours Ltd reserves the right at their discretion to cancel any tour should the minimum number of places not be sold or for any other reason, in which case, an alternative tour or the same tour with a supplementary charge (see 4f) shall be offered or, at your option, a full refund of all monies paid. The right is also reserved at any time to make changes as deemed necessary to any tour itinerary or travel schedule. In these cases Jean Moss Tours Ltd will however always endeavour to make the best practicable alternative anrangements. (b) Jean Moss Tours Ltd will not cancel a reservation after the date payment should be made in full save as a result of circumstances amounting to force majeure or if the customer does not pay the full amount. (c) If the customer does not pay the full amount of the tour price at the prescribed time, Jean Moss Tours Ltd reserves the right to treat the customer as cancelling the reservation and to make the following cancellation charges. In the event of cancellation by the customer, notice of which must be given in writing by certified mail and by the person who has signed the Reservation Form, the following cancellation charges will be payable: more than 90 days before start date = 15 % of tour price 61- 90 days = initial deposit 29-60 days = 35% 15-28 days = 65% 14 days or less= no refund. (Please note Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended.)

4 Responsibility (a) If war, or terrorist activities threatened or actual, civil unrest, closure of airports, industrial action threatened or actual, or any other event outside the control of Jean Moss Tours Ltd, either delays or extends the tour or compels a change in the tour arrangements, Jean Moss Tours Ltd does not accept any liability for any resulting loss, damage or expense and any refund will be subject to a deduction for reasonable expenses. (b) If such events occur before the start date and subsequently the tour has to be modified or cancelled Jean Moss Tours Ltd will if possible offer alternative arrangements or, if not possible, a refund of monies paid less expenses. (c) Jean Moss Tours Ltd reserves the right at any time to decline to accept or retain any customer as a member of the tour and is not responsible for the behaviour of persons on tour or in any of the Hotels on the tour (d) Jean Moss Tours Ltd does not own or operate any of the accommodation or transport or other facilities in connection with these tours and therefore cannot accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or negligence of staff of those organisations where such liability would exceed the value of the reservation. (e) The information contained in this brochure has been compiled with all reasonable care and is accurate to the best of knowledge at the time of going to press. (f) It may be necessary to recost the holiday because of lack of participants. The customer wil be contacted 75 days prior to start date and advised that a supplementary price applies. If all group members accept the increased cost the tour will operate as scheduled. However, if the supplement is not acceptable to all members, the customer is entitled to a full refund of any monies paid or a transfer to another tour. (g) The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports and such other personal documentation as Jean Moss Tours Ltd shall specify is required.

5 Tour Price The tour prices are based upon known costs in £ sterling and currency exchange rates when the £ sterling is equivalent to USD $1.75. They are subject to revision in the event of changes due to governmental action or exchange rates. Any change in the original tour price will be notified to the customer at least 75 days before departure. If the customer makes a reservation within 60 days of start any alteration will be included in the invoice.

6 Complaints In the event of any dissatisfaction with any of the services provided by Jean Moss Tours Ltd, the matter must be reported directly to Jean Moss Tours Ltd immediately in order that action may be taken to remedy the problem. Unless Jean Moss Tours Ltd is given such notice they can accept no responsibility.

7 Third Parties For the purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, this Agreement is not intended to, and does not, give any person who is not party to it or included within the reservation, any right to enforce any of its provisions.
